SchoolKits for Congo

Sociable and Creative  Service for Rotary Clubs

Celebrate service and togetherness by creating Tiny Books for children who have none, and adding them to a SchoolKit which will provide them with the primary education they crave!

The recipient children have escaped armed violence on foot and lack the basics of uniform, bag, and writing equipment.

The $35 SchoolKit contains a bag, a uniform and a Tiny Book. The $45 version also has exercise books, pens, pencils, a slate and other small supplies.

SchoolKits for Congo is registered with Rotary Australia Overseas Aid Fund.

SchoolKits are created by a team of seven single mothers who use this income to house and educate their children.

Each donor receives a photo of their special gift in the hands of a child who really needs it.

to Customise

There are four African Storybooks to choose from,

in either Swahili or French.

Each book can be colour printed on one side of an A4 page, folded, and customised by your members.

(Remember the recipients don't speak English!)

We will scan and print them for delivery with the SchoolKits, you're giving.

Invite a School
to Partner ?

Making SchoolKit Tiny Books and geography games are fun experiences for your club members to share,

but you could also invite your local school to collaborate

for the well-being of children on both sides of the globe.

It will make a lovely feel-good story of intergenerational kindness for your local newspaper too!
